PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunshade device which has a dimming function and can enlarge head clearance in a vehicle room.SOLUTION: A sunshade device 1, which is installed under a sunroof panel S3 formed on a fixed roof S1 of a vehicle S, includes: a frame 3 which is provided with a plurality of frame openings 13 juxtaposed in the width direction of the vehicle S; and a plurality of polarizing panels 5 which are arranged for each frame opening 13. The frame 3 is formed so that its central part is made higher than its end parts in the width direction of the vehicle S so as to follow a shape of the fixed roof S1, and the polarizing panels 5 are inclined so as to be raised toward the central part. |
