The present invention forms a fresh water river storage part which maintains a predetermined water volume for a river, in which fishes and water plants can live, and which purifies pollutants; moderately stores rainwater flowing into the river due to the regular power generation using river water or during a rainy season; and prevents the loss of the lower part of a bank when the water level inside the fresh water river storage part rises. |
