The present invention relates to a parking information providing method and a parking management system and more specifically, is to rapidly provide present concrete parking information of a parking lot and to provide parking position information of a parked car. Especially, the present invention provides the parking position information of the parked car to a driver of a corresponding car. Therefore, the present invention improves the security of information for cars parked in the parking lot and prevents the car damage and robbery according to indiscriminate opening of information. The present invention additionally provides unit section parking information for a parking block of the parking lot when a car enters into the parking lot. The car rapidly moves to a section in which parking is available after the car enters into the parking lot. Therefore, the present invention improves competitiveness in parking lot management and management system fields and various fields derived from the same. The present invention also improves convenience and reliability.
