PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pressure source control device capable of saving energy while reducing load of a suction filter, and improving a degree of freedom in selecting a hydraulic pump, and to provide an injection molding device including the liquid pressure source control device.SOLUTION: A liquid pressure source control device includes an operation input portion 57 capable of inputting operating conditions relating to driving force of a liquid pressure control element 30, a servo motor 53 including a motor portion for driving a hydraulic pump 42 and an amplifier portion 55 for driving the motor portion 54, and a controller 56 outputting a control command to the servo motor 53 on the basis of a result of the input to the operation input portion 57. The controller 56 determines a liquid pressure of a working fluid on the basis of the input operating conditions relating to the driving force, calculates an output torque of the motor portion 54 on the basis of the relationship between a liquid pressure memorized in advance and the output torque, and outputs the calculated output torque to the amplifier portion 55 as the control command of a torque limit value of the servo motor 53. |
