PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporized fuel treating device capable of sufficiently exhibiting adsorption performance of an adsorber in comparison with the conventional device.SOLUTION: The vaporized fuel treating device is mounted on a vehicle presenting information for expressing that fuel in a fuel tank 31 becomes short, on the condition that liquid level of fuel in the fuel tank 31 is lower than a predetermined second liquid surface H2 so as to be lower than a first liquid surface H1 when the fuel in the fuel tank 31 is filled up, with respect to the inner bottom surface 31a of a fuel tank 31. The vaporized fuel treating device has a canister 41, which adsorbs a vaporized fuel generated in the fuel tank 31, in the fuel tank 31. The canister 41 is disposed such that the outer bottom surface 41d is higher than the second liquid surface H2 and is lower than the first liquid surface H1, with respect to the inner bottom surface 31a of the fuel tank 31. |
