PURPOSE: A paint composition s provided to have excellent thixotropy, leveling property, vesicularity, and adhesion, thereby providing strong adhesion and a clean coated surface without bubbles or catering. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a paint composition for a glass printed silk screen comprises a step of manufacturing mill base with a granularity of 10 micron or less by mixing a color pigment, a dispersant, and an acrylic resin into a hydrocarbon-based solvent and milling the mixture; and a step of mixing the mill base, an aromatic hydrocarbon based solvent or a polyalcohol derivative solvent, an acrylic resin, a melamine resin, an epoxy resin, an alcohol-based solvent, a flexibility controller, an adhesion improver, a surface controller, and a quenching agent. |
