PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that prevents a lateral end of a conveyance belt or an intermediate transfer belt from being abnormally discharged when a toner image formed on an image carrier is transferred to a recording medium on the conveyance belt or the intermediate transfer belt.SOLUTION: An image forming device 1 includes: an endless conveyance belt 31 for carrying and conveying a sheet 9 on which a toner image on a photoreceptor 11 is transferred; a drive roller 36 on which the conveyance belt 31 is stretched with a driven roller 37 and the conveyance belt 31 travels when rotated; a transfer roller 30 in contact with the conveyance belt 31 to press the conveyance belt 31 against the photoreceptor 11; and a nip part N pressed by the transfer roller 30 and formed between the conveyance belt 31 and the photoreceptor 11. Near the nip part N, a pair of support members 32 are arranged to bring both lateral ends of the conveyance belt 31 into contact with the photoreceptor 11. |
