PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft copolymer excellent in terms not only of weather resistance, impact resistance, and fluidity but also of in-residence thermal stability and a thermoplastic resin composition obtained from the graft copolymer.SOLUTION: The provided graft copolymer is obtained by graft-polymerizing, with 10-80 pts.wt. of a composite rubber constituted by 5-50 wt.% of a conjugated diene-based rubbery polymer and 50-95 wt.% of a cross-linked acrylic acid ester-based polymer, 20-90 pts.wt. of at least one type of monomer selected from the group consisting of vinyl cyanide monomers, aromatic vinyl monomers, and other vinyl monomers copolymerizable therewith. The number, regarding the composite rubber existing within the graft copolymer, of composite rubber particles having circle-equivalent particle diameters of 150 nm or less accounts for no more than 50% of the entire composite rubber particles. |
