PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolymer which can be used as a semiconductor material, is highly stable when prepared as a solution, and is used for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion element having high conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: There are provided: the copolymer which contains two kinds of repeating units having a specific imide-thiophene skeleton and a repeating unit having a specific thiophene skeleton and an atom selected from Group 14 of the periodic table; an organic semiconductor material containing the copolymer; an organic electronic device containing the organic semiconductor material; and a solar cell module including the organic electronic device.
