<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive resin composition that has excellent thermal conductivity specific to carbon fiber and a method for producing the same; wherein damage or cut of the carbon fiber is suppressed in the production process, such as kneading or molding, and continuous mass production is possible to achieve industrial production; and to provide a molded product of thermally conductive resin having excellent thermal conductivity using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally conductive resin composition includes a resin component (A) as a base, an organic compound (E) incompatible therewith, and the carbon fiber (B). In the carbon fiber (B), the average layer spacing (d<SB>002</SB>) of the surface (002) as determined by X-ray diffraction is equal to or more than 0.3367 nm and less than 0.3440 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
