The invention discloses a device for manufacturing optical sheets and a method for manufacturing optical sheets through the device. The device for manufacturing optical sheets improves the product yield and increases the effective filling rate of a coating liquid, while removing air bubbles. The device comprises a soft mode with patterns, a main roller used for transferring a soft mold and a base film mutually combined with each other, a first roller used for combining the base film with the soft mode, a second roller used for separating the combined film into a soft mold and a patterned optical film, and a pre-coating unit. The pre-coating unit comprises a guide roller used for transmitting the soft mode to a main coating unit, and a belt type coating liquid filling unit used for providing the coating liquid to the pattern of the soft mode. The filling unit comprises a conveyor belt and a belt tension control roller. The conveyor belt in contact with the soft mode is rotated and moved through the belt tension control roller. |
