The present invention relates to an insulating frame for windows and doors with improved uniformity and especially, for maintaining the standard of an insulating frame for windows and doors always constantly which is completed by making a reinforcement frame and an exterior frame adhere to each other completely when a pair of reinforcement frames are installed to surround the exterior frame, and for improving quality and uniformity of the product remarkably. According to the present invention, a plate spring, which is installed between the exterior frame and the reinforcement frame, pushes the exterior frame to the center so that an outer part of the reinforcement frame and the exterior frame are bonded as adhering to each other completely. |
