PURPOSE: A device for cleaning the surface of a building having the moving prevention installation structure of a cleaning robot assembly using a crane device having a vertical extension rail and a method for cleaning the surface of a building using the same are provided to prevent damage to the wall of a building by preventing a cleaning robot assembly from moving in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION: A device (500) for cleaning the surface of a building having the moving prevention installation structure of a cleaning robot assembly using a crane device having a vertical extension rail comprises a cleaning robot assembly (1), a lifting crane, and a lifting rail (60). The cleaning robot assembly jets a washing solution to the wall (700) of a building through a nozzle member and wipes the wall of the building using a wiper blade. The lifting crane is installed in the building and lifts up and down the cleaning robot assembly using a cable (201). The lifting rail is vertically installed on the wall of the building and guides the lifting of the cleaning robot assembly. |
