The present invention provides an air conditioner using geothermal heat including an underground heat exchanger which is buried underground, of which one end and the other end separately have an inlet for taking refrigerant and an outlet for discharging the refrigerant, and which includes a plurality of unit ports for allowing the refrigerant to flow inside to allow the refrigerant to heat-exchange with geothermal heat; a control unit for controlling the flow of the refrigerant to connect the unit ports in series or in parallel; and a heat pump connected to the control unit to supply high or low temperature air to an indoor unit in an indoor space by receiving the refrigerant from the control unit after the refrigerant has heat-exchanged with geothermal heat.
