<p>The invention is a backrest (10) for beds, armchairs, seats or similar accessory elements, said backrest comprising a main back supporting element (5) suited to allow a user to substantially rest his/her back against it, and suited to be moved or adjusted between a first position and a second position, as well as an armrest or arm supporting element (4), said armrest being suited to be rotated around a first rotation axis between a first rest position and a second use or operating position, said backrest comprising a lever system interposed between said armrest or arm supporting element (4) and said main back supporting element (5), in such a way that a rotation of said armrest around said first rotation axis results in said main back supporting element being moved between said first and said second position.</p> |
