The present invention relates to a device for shield and protect of high frequency and high power utility arranged apart from an electric conductor and comprises: a shield member for shielding high frequency to be discharged to the outside of the electric conductor; and a conductive member inducing fault current when earth fault occurs in the electric conductor, arranged inside of the shield member. By using the shield technology, side effects caused by a magnetic field generated in high power utility can be prevented. Also, if earth fault occurs, bodies and high frequency high power utility can be protected. The telecommunications industry such as satellites that noise should be minimized, industries using high frequency such as broadcasting companies, wireless electricity transmitting industry using high frequency high power can utilize the present invention.
