Disclosed is an interior outlet box of an apartment house, which provides protection against accidental electric shock. The interior outlet box includes a pressing cap around a plug insertion hole in an outlet body part, and a terminal connection rod, which is elastically movable, moves horizontally if a plug body part presses the pressing cap so as to connect short parts and turn on electricity. The short parts are not connected to electric power even though a person opens an outlet cover part and inserts a conductor such as a wire, a chopstick or the like while a plug is not inserted into the interior outlet box, whereby electric shock accidents can be avoided. In addition, the outlet body part to be connected to a plug can be protected by the outlet cover part, and an open portion of the outlet body part can be sealed by a long hole sealing part while the plug is surrounded by a rubber panel, which is an insulator, in the sealed state, whereby electric shock accidents by an outlet can be prevented in advance. Moreover, a locking unit is used for maintaining the locked state of the outlet cover part while the outlet body part is covered by the outlet cover part, thereby preventing children from opening easily the outlet cover part. |
