A lock washer for axial fixation of parts on thin-wall hollow shafts is arranged as an open ring with a cut between its free rounded ends, oval opening and three inner lugs in rectangular form. At that the axes of symmetry of the cut and two main placed in diameter positions lugs of the washer are placed normally with respect to each other, the center of the oval opening is displaced from the axis of symmetry of the lugs by the value of half of the length of those. Its larger axis is arranged by the axis of symmetry of the cut, and its dimension exceeds the dimension of the small axis by the value of the length of two main lugs, and one supplementary lug is placed by the axis of symmetry in front of its cut, and its length is equal to double length of the main lugs. Transition sections formed between the supplementary inner lug and the middle section of the washer placed at its side are arranged with rounding with radius not larger than the side gaps between the narrow flat facets of the lug by its thickness and the inner surface of the cylindrical radial opening of the hollow shaft intended for it. At that the transition sections of the washer named are thermally strengthened with treatment of their surfaces with concentrated energy flux at application. |
