A device for express estimation of adulteration of juices includes a stator of three-phase asynchronous motor with winding from which the rotor is removed, a vessel made of dielectric material placed in the stator and electrodes placed in the vessel made of dielectric material, those are fixed at the opposite sides of the cylinder of the vessel and are connected to indicator of electromotive force.
