Disclosed is a buried washer capable of being easily constructed so that a bolt or a nut is not exposed to the outside and constructed to require few secondary works by being buried only a fixture portion after the fixture is fixated. The buried washer for fixing a first and a second member using a fixture includes: a bottom part which has a through hole through which part of the fixture can pass and which makes pressure to be applied toward the second member by the fixture fixated in the second member; an upper extending part extending upward from an outer periphery of the bottom part and making the bottom part to be inserted into a groove located lower than a surface of the first member; and a holding jaw which is caught on the surface of the first member by extending outward from the upper end of the upward extending part and pulling the first member toward the second member as the bottom part is pressed by the fixture toward the first member.
