PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine in which, even though a steam trap is provided to an emergency drainage path, wet air does not easily leak from the steam trap during a drying operation.SOLUTION: A washing and drying machine includes: a drainage channel which leads to a drain hose 34 from the bottom part of a washing and dewatering tub 2 via a drain solenoid valve 33; an emergency drainage path which does not communicate with the drainage channel, and which discharges water to the outside of an outer tub 5 in an emergency; and a steam trap which is provided to the emergency drainage path and which prevents steam leakage by water stored in a water storing part 41. A dew condensation pump 42 is provided to the washing and drying machine for supplying the water which is condensed and generated in a circulation air path during a drying operation to the water storing part 41 of the steam trap. |
