PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer in which maintenance of a plurality of heads can be surely performed.SOLUTION: In the inkjet printer in which ink is supplied to a plurality of heads through a main channel connected to a main tank and a plurality of branch channels branching from the main channel, after a branch channel valve provided in the branch channel corresponding to the head to be purged is opened and other branch channel valves are closed in a state that an atmosphere opening valve is closed (S55), the ink is sucked from the head to be purged with a suction pump (S57-S59). When a time T2 elapses after the suction is stopped (S62:YES), the atmosphere opening valve is opened without changing the opening/closing state of the branch valves (S66). The processing, in which the branch channel valve is opened or closed corresponding to the next head to be purged and the ink is sucked and then the atmosphere opening valve is opened, is sequentially repeated to all remaining heads. |
