The screening apparatus has annular sieve composed of ring segments (4) which are provided with several sieve openings (1). The rotors (2) are assembled around the respective ring segments. Radially extending support bar (7) is arranged between the adjacent ring segments. A radially extending outlet channel (8) is formed in the rotor, between the adjacent ring segments and respective support bar. A radially extending wear strip (9) is detachably attached to the support bar and/or respective ring segment, so as to limit the sides of outlet channel.
