<p>Provided is a mushroom cultivation method whereby it is possible to dramatically increase the yield of mushrooms by appropriately supplying water to the fruiting bodies of mushrooms that sprouted from a mushroom bed and by growing said fruiting bodies. Also provided is a device used in the mushroom cultivation method. A mushroom cultivation method for cultivating mushrooms by using an artificial mushroom bed, wherein: water or an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble component, which is effective in the cultivation of mushrooms, is continuously supplied to the interior (22) of a hole (20) having a bottom, which was dug in a mushroom bed block (10) and which has an opening (21) on top, so that the mushroom bed block (10) can retain a moisture percentage that is suitable for the growth of the fruiting bodies of mushrooms; and the hole (20) having a bottom is kept in a state in which a water puddle (25) forms in the interior (22) of the hole (20) in order to maintain a state in which the water of the water puddle (25) becomes absorbed by the mushroom bed block (10) by means of the pressure difference between in the inside and outside of the mushroom bed block (10).</p> |
