The present invention relates to an electric anti-pollution apparatus for ocean facilities. According to an embodiment of the present invention specification, an electric anti-pollution apparatus for removing ocean creatures which may be attached on ocean facilities, comprises: an electrode rod installed at the ocean facilities for eluting ions in state of being underwater at least partially; a ground which is electrically connected with the electrode rod through seawater; a controller for controlling the current amount supplied to the electrode rod; and a protection circuit unit for a feedback of the current from the electrode rod to the controller when the electrode rod is exposed over the seawater surface and a non periodical impulse current occurs. According to the present invention specification, by preventing a repetitive generation of impulse current through the protection circuit unit, damages on inner elements of the controller can be prevented in advance, and the lifetime of the electrode and the eluting effect can be improved.
