A structure for drainage and/or partial or complete purification of flowing liquids, in particular waste water and/or rain water, contains a channel system designed as a waste water clarification installation and at least one recirculation pipeline provided with an air inlet device. One or more waste water clarification reactors (4) designed as drainage pump installations and/or pressurizing installations with recirculating pipelines (5) can be incorporated in the channel system (1, 2, 3). The waste water reactor comprises a vertical flow waste water clarification unit (6) with a lower sliding base (18) and a vertical flow sedimentation tank (7) with an inclined base. The waste water clarification unit (6) has a component (22) which provides the tractive force and a water level sensor (15). The waste water reactor has an inner and/or an outer recirculation pipeline (8, 5). The inner recirculation pipeline (8) is connected, via the recirculation pump (9) installed below the sliding base (18), and the shut-off fittings (17) to the outer recirculation pipeline (9) and/or the air intake unit (14). The receiving shaft of the cleaning piece (13) of the sedimentation tank (7) is connected, via the drainage and/or pressurizing pump (12), to the suction pipeline (10) and the pressure pipeline (11). The waste water clarification unit (6) is connected, via the intermediate piece (1), to the collecting channel (1).
