The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of churros having contents added therein and a churros molding apparatus and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of churros having contents added therein, which is characterized in that mass production of churros having contents inserted therein is possible by cutting kneading supplied through a hopper into a portion for one piece of churros; supplying the kneading to a content injector; transferring the contents consisting of one among jam, cheese and red bean paste contained in a blender through a partitioned spiral pipe while the supplied kneading is transferred to an extruder in the state of being closely adhered to the outer periphery of the partitioned spiral pipe; injecting the contents inside the kneading, which is separated from the partitioned spiral pipe; extruding in the state of being inserted into an extruding pipe of the extruder; and molding the churros in a convex-concave shape along the longitudinal direction on the surface discharged in a bar shape with a cylindrical blade fastened on the extrusion port positioned on the lower terminal end of the extrusion pipe. |
