PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition excellent in low torque property and bearing life under a high temperature condition as for a hub unit bearing, having no unfavorable effect on a seal material when EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber) excellent in weather resistance is used as a seal material for the purpose of elongation of a bearing life.SOLUTION: A grease composition for a hub unit bearing using a seal of an ethylene propylene rubber contains (a) a base oil containing at least 50 mass% of an ester-based synthetic oil having kinetic viscosity at 40°C of 10 to 80 mm/s as the base oil and (b) a urea compound as a thickener.
