PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for cleaning and decontaminating a reactor pressure vessel nozzle part, that can safely and effectively clean and decontaminate a narrow part of a nozzle having a thermal sleeve with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A device for cleaning and decontaminating a reactor pressure vessel nozzle part cleans a narrow part 7 between a nozzle body 3 arranged in a reactor pressure vessel 2 and a concentrically arranged thermal sleeve 6 by water jet includes: a device body 30 suspended in the reactor pressure vessel 2 to be liftable; a high-pressure water header 31 arranged under the device body 30; multiple spray nozzles 32 branched from the high-pressure water header 31 and spraying high-pressure water toward the narrow part 7; multiple high-pressure pump units 21 for supplying high-pressure water to the high-pressure water header 31; and high-pressure hoses 22 for supplying high-pressure water from the high-pressure pump units 21 to the high-pressure water header 31. The multiple high-pressure pump units 21 are operated in parallel in the device for cleaning and decontaminating the reactor pressure vessel nozzle part.
