FOOD COMPOSITION MADE FROM PAPAYA LEAVES AND SHEKWASHA FRUIT SKINS, AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food composition made from extract of papaya leaves and extract of shekwasha fruit skins, which has more effective health promoting function due to synergy of both of the extract; and production method thereof.SOLUTION: The food composition contains extract of papaya leaves and extract of shekwasha fruit skins. The production method of the food composition includes extracting papaya leaves and shekwasha fruit skins by enzyme treatment using a plant tissue degrading enzyme under a high pressure state of 50 MPa to 400 MPa.
