The unit (1) has a locking unit with a groove (31) formed in a clip (2) and opened to an outer side of the clip. A bulge (3) is formed on a portion of a tubular element (4) e.g. pipeline. The groove and the bulge have complementary forms that are translationally block shaped to the tubular element in the clip in a secure manner while assembling and disassembling the tubular element with respect to the clip. The clip has a cavity opening on both sides of the clip and shaped to be complementary to the tubular element. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a tubular element on a support.
