Disclosed is a linear cutting and stitching instrument adopting a transmission mechanism, the instrument comprising a fixed splint (1), a nail abutting seat assembly (2), a closing splint (3) and the transmission mechanism, wherein a nail bin assembly (11) is provided in front of the fixed splint (1), and the nail abutting seat assembly (2) and the closing splint (3) are respectively rotatably connected to the fixed splint (1); the transmission mechanism comprises a supporting link (41), a knife-pushing link (42) and a rack with a knife (43), with a cutting knife (431) and a striking push piece (432) being provided in the front end of the rack with a knife (43), and a propulsion groove (433) being provided in the central part of the rack; the rear end of the supporting link (41) and the fixed splint (1) are rotatably connected to each other, and the front end of the supporting link (41) is rotatably connected to the rear end of the knife-pushing link (42); and the knife-pushing link (42) is provided within the closing splint (3) in a manner of being capable of sliding back and forth, and the rack with a knife (43) is provided within the fixed splint (1) in a manner of being capable of sliding back and forth. The linear cutting and stitching instrument has the advantages of a compact, reasonable, lightweight and flexible structure such that an operator is able to perform the cutting and stitching operations with only one hand and the operator does not directly touch the wound. |
