PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease unevenness of washing and drying, to enhance washing performance, and to reduce power consumption for drying.SOLUTION: The drum type washing and drying machine includes: a bottomed drum 3 which is for housing clothing and is inclined in such a manner that the rotation center becomes horizontal or the opening part side becomes higher; a motor 4 for rotatively driving the drum 3; a plurality of first lifters 3b protruding on the inner peripheral surface of the drum 3, extending in the direction of the rotary shaft, and disposed at an interval in the circumferential direction; and second lifters 61 disposed between the first lifters 3b disposed at an interval. An inclined surface formed by the second lifter 61 is made in such a manner that, when the second lifter 61 is in a position at the lowest part of the drum 3, the distance between a horizontal surface passing through the center of a bottom plate of the drum 3 and the second lifter 61 becomes small gradually in the direction from the opening part side to the bottom surface side of the drum 3. |
