PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method capable of suppressing an influence of thermal strain.SOLUTION: A beveling process of forming a grooved bevel in a joint between one member 10 and the other member 11 is performed and then a welding process for arc-welding the one member 10 and the other member 11 together along the bevel is performed thereafter. In the beveling process, the bevel is formed into a channel-sectioned narrow bevel having opposite surfaces substantially in parallel. In the welding process, a fusion zone 14 is formed by the arc welding, and then cold tandem welding is carried out in which a filler wire 9 in a non-power-supply state is supplied to a built-up part of the fusion zone 14. |
