PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction system capable of coping with an earthquake with great horizontal shaking and a strong local earthquake and also capable of coping with serious underground damage caused by a liquefaction phenomenon.SOLUTION: A concrete pile 2 is stamped into a rock bed on a site 1, and a box-shaped foundation 3 is created thereon. Vehicle tires 4 are mounted on internal side walls on north, south, east and west sides and a floor, and a rubber mat 6 is installed on the upper section of the box-shaped foundation 3 in such a manner as to be flush with the vehicle tires 4 by putting a styrene foam 5 into a gap. A side wall of a basement and a foundation 7 of an upper building are created, the basement 8 is secured, and the upper steel building 9 is provided. |
