PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element which enables connection between adjacent photoelectric conversion elements by using an inexpensive wiring member.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element connection body comprises: first and second photoelectric conversion elements 10a, b including a first electrode 2 arranged on a rear face side and electrically connected to a first conductivity type first semiconductor layer, a second electrode 7 arranged on the rear face side and electrically isolated from the first semiconductor layer and electrically connected to a second conductivity type second semiconductor layer, and a through connection part which pierces the first semiconductor layer and which is electrically isolated from the first semiconductor layer and electrically connects the second semiconductor layer and the second electrode 7. A linear inter-element wiring member 17 electrically connects the first electrode 2 of the first photoelectric conversion element 10a and the second electrode 7 of the second photoelectric conversion element 10b, and is arranged such that a connection part with the second electrode 7 of the second photoelectric conversion element 10b does not overlap the through connection part of the second photoelectric conversion element. A connection part between the second electrode 7 of the second photoelectric conversion element 10 and the inter-element wiring member 17, and a connection part between the first electrode 2 of the first photoelectric conversion element 10a and the inter-element wiring member 17 are arranged in a linear arrangement. |
