PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system capable of improving the waveform quality of signals.SOLUTION: A memory system includes: a controller including a plurality of first external terminals; memory chips including a plurality of second external terminals; and a wiring board including a plurality of wirings that connect the plurality of first and second external terminals, respectively. The plurality of wirings includes: a first part in which arrangement is made in a first order of the plurality of first external terminals, and which is connected each of the plurality of first external terminals; and a second part in which arrangement is made in a second order of the plurality of second external terminals, which is different from the first order, and which connects each of the plurality of second external terminals. In addition, a rearrangement part is provided which connects the first part and second part by rearranging each other's order of them so as to make the order of the plurality of wirings in the first part correspond to the second order. |
