PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of injecting a thermosetting resin into a cavity of a molding tool without the aid of an on-off valve.SOLUTION: A thermosetting resin injection method includes steps of: storing a thermosetting resin 90 in a tank 20 penetrated by an injection pipe 2 so that a liquid level is formed in the tank 20 between a tank inside opening 2a and a folding part 2b in the injection pipe 2; connecting a tank outside opening 2c of the injection pipe 2 to an injection port 11 of the molding tool 10; sucking the air in the tank 20, and sucking the air from the tank outside opening 2c to the folding part 2b in the injection pipe 2 through a cavity 15; introducing the thermosetting resin 90 into the cavity 15 through the injection pipe 2 and the injection port 11; and separating the injection pipe 2 from the injection port 11, while sucking the air in the tank 20, and sucking the air in the tank 20 until the interface between the thermosetting resin and the air in the injection pipe 2 exceeds the folding part 2b. |
