PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a heat exchanger to be operated in a plurality of modes.SOLUTION: An evaporator 1 includes an inlet manifold 2, an outlet manifold 4 parallel with the inlet manifold 2 and a collection manifold 3 parallel with and adjacent to the outlet manifold 4. A first flow conduit is extended from the inlet manifold 2 to the collection manifold 3 and at lest one second flow conduit is extended from the collection manifold 3 to the outlet manifold 4. The evaporator 1 can be stored in an enclosure. When air is passed through the evaporator 1, the air is adjusted by moving heat from the air to a coolant. The coolant is received from the outside of the enclosure into the inlet manifold 2 and guided through a first coolant passage and a second coolant passage to receive heat from air. A flow of the coolant is received from the second passage into the collection manifold 3, moved to the outlet manifold 4 and discharged from the enclosure. |
