Disclosed is a method for manufacturing cookies using tangerine and chocolate. Specifically the present invention provides a method for manufacturing cookies with excellent palatability which have health improving functionality and discharge tangerine flavor by using: tangerine flesh slices which are natural ingredients as a main ingredient for the cookies; and tangerine peel powder which has high contents of various functional components including flavonoid, vitamins, and edible fibers, and has excellent biological activity including a hypertension prevention effect, a blood lipid lowering effect, antioxidative activity, and anti-obesity activity by adding the tangerine peel powder to chocolate. |
