The present invention relates to thermoplastic cellulose derivative composite fiber which can be produced by high-speed spinning at 4000 mpm or more, thereby increasing productivity and being harmless to a human body by being produced without using a toxic organic solvent. The thermoplastic cellulose derivative composite fiber has improved strength and elongation as well as biodegradability when being compared with existing cellulose fiber.
