PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll forming device capable of preventing interference between blade parts of twin machining rolls upon occurrence of rotational phase shift of the twin machining roll to prevent damage to the blade part.SOLUTION: In a case of gear asynchronization resulting in rotational phase shift between a first roll 20 and a second roll 40 due to backlash, dummy blade parts 56, 66 of dummy rotating bodies 50, 60 which also have rotational phase shift interfere so as to prevent blade parts 26 126 from interfering prior to interference between the blade parts 26, 126 of cutting blades 22, 122 of the first roll 20 and the second roll 40. |
