Disclosed is a connection structure between a main shaft and a gear box for a wind turbine. The connection structure according to an embodiment of the present invention connects one end of the main shaft of a wind turbine with another end of the shaft of a gear box and includes: a first gear unit which is arranged on the circumferential direction of one end of the main shaft, and which is protruded to the axis of the main shaft; a second gear unit which is geared with the first gear unit, and which is arranged on the circumferential direction of one end of the shaft.
