PURPOSE: A blade apparatus and a wind force/waterpower generation apparatus with this blade apparatus are converting the relatively low seed oscillation motion into the rotation motion to produce electric power and are generating little noise. CONSTITUTION: A blade apparatus and a wind force/waterpower generation apparatus include a blade apparatus (10), a power conversion unit (20), a gear box, and a generator. The blade apparatus oscillates based on a hinge by wind force. The power conversion unit converts the oscillation motion of the blade apparatus into the rotation motion. The gear box changes the rotation power converted by the power conversion unit. The generator is connected with the gear box. |
