PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely monitor an elevator regardless of an existing one or a new one.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring support device 120 is provided near a control board 110 for controlling the operation of an elevator 101, includes: a state monitoring device; and a communication device, and is connected to the control board 110 through a terminal(maintenance port) 210 for maintenance for outputting a signal for maintenance diagnosis which is used for maintenance diagnosis of the elevator 101 by the control board 110. When receiving a diagnosis instruction transmitted from a management server computer 130, the remote monitoring support device 120 outputs an execution instruction of a diagnosis operation corresponding to the received diagnosis instruction to the control board 110 through the terminal 210, and transmits response information based on the signal outputted from the control board 110 in response to the outputted execution instruction of the diagnosis operation to the management server computer 130. |
