In an "I-J-I" serial type arrangement manner, the width of a line corridor can be effectively controlled, and at the same time, the problem that a wire cross arm in a middle wire insulator string of a "V" shape is excessively long, and a gap between cross arm layers is large can be solved, and the overall height of the tower can be reduced and the steel consumption and the basic working quantity can be reduced.
