The present invention relates to an apparatus for maintaining fixed temperature and lighting and, more specifically, to an apparatus for maintaining fixed temperature and lighting which comprises: a body having an installation space inside; a heat lighting unit for irradiating light with heat by being equipped in the installation space of the body; a power unit which applies power to the heat lighting unit; a holder for holding objects which is equipped in the upper end of the body to be located in the upper part of the heat lighting unit and is transparent for the light irradiated from the heat lighting unit to be transmitted and maintains temperature; and a control unit which is equipped in the body to selectively cover the objects placed on the holder and controls the cover in which the object and light of the heat lighting unit are transmitted, power unit, and heat lighting unit. The apparatus for maintaining fixed temperature and lighting maintains temperature of the object by irradiating light from the heat lighting unit by the power unit after placing the object on the holder and covering the outside to close the space, sterilizes, and provides convenience by irradiating light to outside by penetrating the transparent cover and lighting surrounding area.
