The device has a resilient spacer element (1) for attaching photovoltaic-, solar- and/or hybrid modules (5) on a surface i.e. roof, at a distance to each other. A plate-shaped base body (2) is attached to or integrally connected with the spacer element by a screw (8), a rivet or adhesion. A fixing element (3) is detachably attached to the base body by a screw (9), a washer (10) and a screw nut (11), and is glued with the modules by an adhesive (7) i.e. glass adhesive silicone. The spacer element is formed as a cylindrical body made of rubber. |
