PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management system having reading means for reading a bar code which makes various settings, control, and enhance security of a bar code to be used.SOLUTION: In a building management system having a camera 7 for reading a bar code which allows the camera 7 to read a bar code 32 that is printed beforehand and makes settings and control of an in-building device 2 installed in a building 1, a mobile phone 20 is made to read a bar code 30, the bar code 30 is transmitted to a building management system 3 from the mobile phone 20, and settings and control of the in-building device 2 are made by the mobile phone 20 when the transmitted bar code is matched with a bar code read by the building management system 3. |
