PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong learning of focus of expansion from occurring during simulated traveling of a vehicle on a chassis dynamometer.SOLUTION: An image analyzer includes a camera for photographing a vehicle front area, and a control unit for analyzing photographed image data generated by the camera to learn a position of focus of expansion. The control unit controls the learning operation as follows: the operation of learning a position of focus of expansion is not started until a state, in which a detection value of a vehicle speed exceeds a reference speed, exceeds a specified time (No at S130); and if the state, in which the detection value of the vehicle speed exceeds the reference speed, exceeds the specified time (Yes at S130), the operation of learning a position of focus of expansion is started from then on (S150). It is possible to determine the specified time on the basis of statistics on time for simulated traveling of a vehicle on a chassis dynamometer at the time of vehicle inspection. |
